Master Marlow
I have been active in Taekwondo for over 45 years. I began my Martial Arts training as a Freshman in College in 1978. My first Taekwondo school was at a YMCA in Des Moines, Iowa, beginning in 1982. My classes have always been family focused. Because our program is curriculum based, age does not matter. I do believe Taekwondo is the best family sporting/athletic activity available for you and your loved ones.
